Turkey Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant
Jefferson County, Alabama
This project included the on-site replacement of an existing wastewater treatment plant in order to increase the plant capacity to 15MGD. Key elements of the design included a 3.5MW standby generator facility, headworks facility, aeration basins, two pumping stations, UV disinfection system and an administration building.
Saugahatchee Lake Complex
Opelika, Alabama
A new state-of-the-art water treatment complex located on an 11 acre campus and includes a raw water pumping station, main treatment facility, membrane filter system, finished waterpumping station, administrative buildings, flocculator/sedimentation basins and laboratory areas. LEED silver accreditation is anticipated for the Administration and Distribution buildings at the complex.
Valley Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant
Jefferson County, Alabama
This project included the evaluation of the facility's existing 40 Megawatt 5kV primary power distribution system and the addition of 5kV switchgear for proper load sharing and monitoring to save the facility hundreds of thousands of dollars per year on energy costs.

Raw Water Pumping Station
Ft. Benning, Georgia
This project included influent pump station with remote electrical/chemical building designed to function under 100 year flood conditions. The water treatment facility included power, lighting and process control. All facilities were provided with emergency back-up power generation.
Bessemer Water Treatment Plant
Bessemer, Alabama
This project included a remote raw water pump station with 5KV distribution and raw water pumps. The water plant included 5KV distribution and finished water pumps with 600 volt power used for smaller process equipment. Both sites were provided with emergency back-up power generation and utilized a SCADA system for process control and monitoring.

Oneonta Water Treatment Plant
Oneonta, Alabama
This project included a new process building as well as a new raw water pump station. The process building included power, lighting and process control as well as a membrane filter system and a MIEX system. The plant was provided with emergency back-up power generation and utilized a SCADA system for process control and monitoring.
Cypess Creek Water Treatment Plant
Florence, Alabama
This project included the replacement and upgrade of most of the existing electrical distirbuition including the main switchgear. The modifications included the addition of three 600HP finished water pumps with variable frequency drives, replacement of raw water pump starters, expansion of the SCADA system including new instrument installation, installation of new cable tray system, replacement of all facility lighting and provisions for future generator standby power.
