Phil Black has over 20 years of experience in electrical design with Jackson, Renfro & Associates. He earned a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology with highest honor, graduating first in his class of over 300 electrical engineering students. Phil has been with Jackson, Renfro & Associates since 1998, managing the electrical design of hundreds of projects, from the first LEED Certified private school project in Alabama to 13MVA-15kV primary power distribution systems.
